ORDERING & DELIVERY

After choosing to place an order with E Nutrition we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.

When your order is shipped you shall receive a second shipping email, advising your order has been successfully dispatched.

Goods shall be packaged in a proper manner which shall prevent product damage during transport. Goods in stock ordered prior to 3pm Eastern Australia time (Daylight Saving time when appropriate) shall be dispatched same business day. Goods are delivered using Australia Post with delivery extending to all regions of Australia.In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Australia Post.

Should you wish for deliveries to be left without a signature (i.e. front door etc). This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige. E Nutrition shall however assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email or facsimile. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of enutrition i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers Dispatch

E Nutrition Supplements dispatches your order from Wollongong, Australia on business days only (Mon to Fri).

We use Australia Post (registered mail) for all deliveries.

Orders for delivery within Australia which are received before 10:00am, and paid by credit card are generally dispatched on the same day.
* Orders paid by cheque or Money Order are generally dispatched on the day of receiving payment * Orders paid by B-Pay or Direct Transfer are generally dispatched on the day the payment appears on our statement. This is usually the following day after payment is made.

If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, we will endeavour to contact you.

Tips to ensure speedy delivery

* Including your phone number and a valid email address helps us to contact you more quickly to sort out any issues with your order * The person receiving the parcel will be required to sign for it. * If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card should be left providing pickup details from your local post office. Sometimes these cards get accidentally misplaced, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please contact us for your parcel's consignment number so that you can make enquiries at your post office. * You may wish to have your order delivered to your workplace. If so, you will need to include the name of the business in the delivery address details.

* An $10.95 flat rate is all you'll pay for all orders (any size) to anywhere in Australia.
